Privacy notice

This notice explains, in plain words, what Bookings Systems does with the details you share through this website. We have kept it short because what we do is simple.

What we collect

When you use the form on our contact page, we receive what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email, your company, your company website and job title if you give them, and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your message and the address it came from. We do not collect anything else about you through this site.

Why we collect it

We use your details for one reason, to answer the request you sent us. That might mean replying to a question, arranging a first conversation, or preparing the channel map you asked for. We do not add you to any list, and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months in case you come back to us, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

Only the people here who are handling your request. We never sell your details, and we never rent or trade them to anyone.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking of any kind. The only thing it loads from elsewhere is its typefaces.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to adeline.marsh@bookingssystems.co or use the form on our contact page, and we will take care of it. If we have been in touch and you would rather we were not, reply "stop" and we will not contact you again.
